Purflux is a European brand specializing in vehicle filtration since 1956. Founded in France, it quickly became a supplier to many automotive manufacturers (OEMs). Over the years, the brand has developed a wide range of products for both original equipment and the aftermarket. Its focus is on innovation, reliability, and adapting to the technical evolutions in the mobility sector.
One of Purflux’s most well-known innovations is the Chevron pleat: a patented fold structure that increases the filtering surface. This technology allows for more effective filtration and extends the lifespan of the filter element. These advances meet the growing demand for components that help reduce emissions and improve engine performance.
In 2024, the brand entered a new phase after the filtration division of Sogefi was acquired by the American investment fund Pacific Avenue. It now operates under the name Purflux Group, with Julien Grange as CEO. Under this new organization, the company remains focused on product development and expanding its range, particularly in transmission oil filters. Forty new references were added to this line in 2024.
Purflux operates internationally and responds to the increasing demands for sustainability and technical performance in the automotive industry. By combining consistent quality and component innovation, the brand positions itself as a reliable partner for manufacturers and workshops.
