HÜCO is a German brand specializing since the 1980s in high-quality electronic components for vehicles. The company primarily focuses on essential parts of the ignition and charging systems, including ignition modules and coils, voltage regulators, rectifiers, relays, and various sensors. These components are indispensable for reliable engine performance and stable electrical operation of cars.
In 2012, HÜCO was acquired by Hitachi Automotive Systems Europe GmbH. This acquisition strengthened Hitachi’s position in the European automotive parts market. In 2015, this led to the establishment of Hitachi Automotive Systems Espelkamp GmbH, with HÜCO serving as the European competence center for Hitachi in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Within this group, HÜCO continues to be synonymous with quality, innovation, and technical expertise in automotive electronics.
The brand exports about 60% of its products worldwide and continues to invest in the development of new technologies to meet the increasingly complex demands of modern vehicles and the automotive aftermarket.
